Ethics. Environment. Community.
Doing business properly.
Our ethical policy sets out the standards we expect from ourselves, our suppliers, our partners and the people we work with.

Keep it real. Do what we say.
We believe good business starts with being straightforward. We say what we mean, do what we say on the tin and take responsibility for delivering on our commitments.
That means being honest when things go right and just as importantly, when they don't. If there's a problem, we don't pass the buck. We communicate, take ownership and work to put it right.
We care about doing business responsibly too: treating our people fairly, working with trusted partners, looking after our customers' goods and information. We're a family business, and we believe relationships are built on trust, not promises that sound good on paper.
Keep it real and keep to our commitments, that's how we do business.
Technology that works for our business.
We embrace technology where it makes a real difference. From warehouse management and stock control to shipment visibility and client reporting, we use the latest in WMS technology to make our operations more efficient, accurate and connected.
Our warehouse management and operational systems are developed and managed in-house, giving us greater control over how our data moves through the business. Information can flow smoothly between our UK operation, warehouse, customs teams and overseas offices without relying on multiple external systems or outsourcing key processes.
Keeping our systems and development in-house also means we can adapt them around the way we actually work. For our customers, that means better visibility, fewer unnecessary handovers, more consistent information and a more connected service from origin through to delivery.
Connected systems. Better information. Smarter ways of working.
Changing the way we move.
As part of our commitment to change, we have moved away from gas-powered warehouse vehicles and are transitioning to a fully electric fleet.
For us, this is a practical change with a real impact. Electric warehouse vehicles produce no direct exhaust emissions while operating, helping to improve air quality within and around our warehouse and reducing our reliance on fossil fuels. They also provide a quieter working environment for our warehouse teams.
The move to electric is part of a wider effort to make our day-to-day operations more responsible. We are looking at where we can make meaningful changes across the business. Our aim is simple: use less, waste less and find better ways of doing things.
Changing how we work today, for a better way of working tomorrow.
Less waste. Better ways of working.
We believe reducing waste is about making practical changes that work in the real world. For us, that starts with looking at what comes through our warehouse every day and finding better ways to reuse, reduce and recycle it.
100% of the cardboard, plastics and other recyclable materials generated within our warehouse are recycled. We also actively look at how we can reduce the amount of material we use in the first place, rather than simply dealing with it afterwards.
We are currently around 95% paperless across our business, using digital systems wherever practical to reduce printing, paperwork and unnecessary waste. Our goal is to reach 100% paperless operations over the coming year.
It's not about claiming to have everything solved, it's about making improvements and continuing to find better ways of working.
Recycle what we can. Reduce what we use. Keep improving.
Giving something back.
We believe being a successful business also means being part of the wider community.
